lakiwon Terms & Conditions

1.1 By accessing or using the lakiwon platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and lakiwon.

1.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the lakiwon platform or any of its associated services, regardless of whether they have completed account registration.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on lakiwon:

• Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of lakiwon, and their immediate family members;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons who have been permanently banned from the platform for prior violations of these Terms.

2.4 lakiwon reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on lakiwon. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify lakiwon support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. lakiwon shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Verification. lakiwon may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality may be restricted pending completion of verification.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on lakiwon are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made via payment methods that operate in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate applied by the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. lakiwon currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method. These minimums are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your lakiwon account are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. The platform reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposited funds and to suspend or close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily established.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit detected may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be requested from your available real-money balance. Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable requirements have been met.

5.2 Verification Requirement. lakiwon may require full identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to verification being completed will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made subject to additional verification.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. lakiwon may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Member. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate or affiliated accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility. lakiwon reserves the right to determine a member's eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Members who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

6.5 Changes to Promotions. lakiwon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to alter wagering requirements or other conditions attached to a bonus already claimed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the lakiwon platform is governed by its own specific rules as provided by the relevant game provider. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules is not a basis for claims, refunds, or dispute resolution.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on lakiwon use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The platform partners exclusively with game providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption, lakiwon reserves the right to void any wagers affected by such malfunction. 8.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the lakiwon platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other players, including through coordinated play strategies in live games;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes;
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's back-end systems, servers, or databases;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lakiwon support staff or other platform users.

8.2 lakiwon reserves the right to investigate any activity it reasonably suspects to constitute a violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9.1 lakiwon is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all members. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment and should not be pursued as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.1 lakiwon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, members will be notified via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

13.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
